X₃ (reward Points): 0 to 200 for $100 charged to the card. (100 reward points is same as $1 in cash.)

It is assumed that the evaluation score on a 0 – 100 scale (very poor to excellent) is given by

U(X₁, X₂, X₃) = U₀ + U₁(X₁) + U₂(X₂) + U₃(X₃), where U₁(12) = 0, U₂(5000) = 0, and U₃(0) = 0.
