Nothing in the paper tells me how SYL will be able to accomplish its goals against the extremely well capitalized and competent online retailers. There are many, many online clothing stores, as well as many targeted storefronts that use Amazon.com, eBay, and others.
This is not very different–missing from this concept is a differentiation plan and marketing communictions plan to make the company visibility through the noise level of many online competitors, The number is certainly in the thousands for established retailers and probably 10-100,000 startups.
Need to include some of the research that you mention, but do not include, in the paper.
