Functions, graph quadratic function

As we begin the study of Functions we see that they have a language of their own. Let’s look at this new language and the terms it uses. We see terms such as: relation, function, functional notation, x-intercept, y-intercept, axis of symmetry, maximum (of a function), minimum (of a function), and vertex. Create a presentation that clearly explains any two of these terms and explain the term to your classmates in your own words. Then explain with a supporting example how you will graph a quadratic function.
