QMB4100 Rasmussen College Business Requirements & Key Business Questions
For your course project (use attached), you must submit a 3-4 page Word document that includes the following:
- Describe how your new product or service could potentially provide solutions for stakeholders.
- List at least 3 business requirements as they relate to your topic. This should help determine what you expect to measure.
- List at least 3 KPIs or key performance indicators.
- What kind of data would you need to know that could affect decision making processes?
- Based on your project topic, identify at least 5 key business questions. Key business questions should be what stakeholders would like answered by using business intelligence tools and technology.
- Along with each key business question, provide examples of a visualization that you might use to answer these questions.
