Part 2:  Situational Analysis

Use the Matrix, and then write a half a page to a page on each of the 2 to 4 areas you will focus on.

The Matrix should be turned into a PDF and inserted into the master document as you would for a report.  If you struggle with how to do this their are many excellent online tutorials.
